At the Théâtre du Gymnase, located at 38 Boulevard de Bonne Nouvelle, 75010 Paris.
Is the experience held indoors or outdoors?
The experience is held indoors, in a room without air conditioning.
Can I use my camera/camcorder during the experience?
No, the use of cameras or camcorders is not allowed.
Will there be food and drinks available for purchase on-site?
Yes, the theater bar will be open at the time of doors opening, during intermission, and after the show, during the after-show.
Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the theater. However, there is an outdoor terrace available for smokers.
Are there restrooms on-site?
Yes.

No, there is no minimum age required.
How early should I arrive?
It’s recommended to arrive at 7:00 PM to enjoy the pre-show activities.

Only service animals, such as guide dogs, are allowed.
Can I get there by public transport?
Yes, the theater is accessible by:
- Metro: Bonne Nouvelle station (lines 8 and 9).
- Bus: Poissonnière - Bonne Nouvelle stop (lines 20, 39, and 48).
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, a paid parking lot is available at Rex Atrium, located at 5-7 Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, 75009 Paris.

Where can I buy tickets?
- On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.
- On Fever’s website.
- On-site.
Can I buy tickets on-site?
There will be a box office on-site. However, it’s possible that tickets may be sold out when you arrive. We strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance to secure a time slot. You can purchase tickets through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Who are the official ticket vendors for this experience?
Official tickets for this experience can only be obtained through Fever. Tickets are not available on other websites or box offices.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, under the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you're logged in with the same account used to purchase the ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
For this event, all sales are final, and tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your electronic tickets will be validated directly from the Fever app.
